Silvia Gianetta, following her admission to practice law in 2003 in Canton of Ticino, initially worked for the Department of Justice in the Canton of Ticino and in a law firm in Lugano. Afterwards she worked for more than 10 Years as a legal counsel and Compliance officer in the financial sector. She was able to gain additional experience particularly by working at BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA, Lugano, Ernst & Young SA, Lugano, Banca Julius Baer & Co. SA, Lugano, Neue Aargauer Bank AG, Aarau, Credit Suisse AG, Zürich und Cornèr Banca SA, Lugano.
